Marie Guillot specializes in leadership consulting using the Hogan Assessment Method and is licensed to administer Hogan’s full suite of assessment tools. Ms. Guillot is also an experienced retained executive search consultant with 14 years in executive recruitment at the executive and C-Suite levels, working with clients such as Weatherford, BP, Ocean Rig, Aker, Direct Energy, ISS World, KBC/Yokogawa, Merrick (P2E), Sulzer, Vopak, Dresser-Rand (Siemens), Redline Communications, and the OFS Portal. Her expertise in both disciplines and her drive to ensure companies choose the right leaders who strategically match in terms of FIT, Culture and EQ led her to become Advance Certified in the Hogan Assessment Methodology. Ms. Guillot has adapted the Hogan Assessment tools to executive search where she has become a strategic partner to many companies, supporting them in Succession Planning, High Potential Development, Team Building, and New Hire Culture Evaluations for leadership teams and boards.
Ms. Guillot joined Preng & Associates in 2019 after serving as a Partner/Managing Director for a global retained search firm where she conducted executive searches in Technology, Industrial Automation, Digitalization and Process industries serving the Energy/Oil/Gas/Chemicals sectors. She has completed over 500 search assignments in North America, Europe, Asia, EMEA and LATAM. Positions include C-Suite, SVP/Vice Presidents, and Strategic Business Development positions. Earlier in her career, Ms. Guillot held leadership roles in Technology and E-Commerce where she worked with several early stage companies in disruptive technologies including e-retail, e-procurement, cloud-based solutions and artificial intelligence. During her career, she was a member of the executive team of a JV between Shell and BP, an electronic procurement platform serving clients such as Total, ENI, Repsol, Solvay, Dow, Statoil (Equinor), and ConocoPhillips. She has worked and lived abroad in the UK, Scotland, Netherlands, France, Spain, Germany, Belgium, Norway, and Italy. Ms. Guillot holds a BBA, Marketing, and BBA, Entrepreneurship from University of Houston. She is certified in ADKAR Change Management and 360 Facilitation.
