Eileen Rampy is a Consultant in our Houston office. She has over ten years of combined experience in corporate and professional services with a primary focus on the energy industry. Ms. Rampy has conducted senior level searches for a diverse array of clients across all sectors of the energy industry including private equity, exploration and production, midstream, public utilities, oilfield services, and refining and marketing companies.
Prior to joining Preng & Associates, Ms. Rampy served as Senior Associate of Korn Ferry’s Global Energy and Industrial practices. During her time at Korn Ferry, she garnered a reputation of excellence in candidate identification and development for critical C-level and board appointments spanning the industrial, energy, and private equity arenas. Previously, Ms. Rampy worked in a boutique executive search firm, where she gained a strong track record of success conducting a wide variety of senior level assignments for leading global energy corporations.
Ms. Rampy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
