Jonathan Martin has spent over 16 years in retained executive search, joining Preng & Associates in 2023. Throughout his career he has built leadership teams across industrial organizations and the energy value chain, from E&P to new energies. Mr. Martin has led mandates across functions including CEO, Board, Operations, Finance, Engineering and HR. He is passionate about identifying the talent that produces the resources that make the world go. Prior to joining Preng, Jonathan spent 12 years with a large global search firm and four total years at boutiques. Jonathan holds an MBA from Rice University and a Bachelors from Brigham Young University.
