Loren B. Singletary

Mr. Singletary has over 40 years of experience in the oilfield service industry, and most recently served as Chief Industry Relations Officer for NOV (NYSE: NOV)

His work history includes broad experience in sales, marketing, pricing, and forecasting. From 1998 to 2003, Mr. Singletary was co-owner and President of LSI Interests Ltd., an oilfield service company that specialized in the distribution of electrical products on a worldwide basis to drilling contractors, OEM’s, electrical contractors, and shipyards .LSI was acquired by National Oilwell in 2003 and Loren joined as Vice President of Global Accounts, later adding Investor Relations to his role. Mr. Singletary served as a Board member and Chairman of the NOV/Schlumberger Intelliserv Joint Venture from 2009 to 2020. From 2009 to 2017 he served on the board of directors of Vanguard Natural Resources (NASDAQ: VNR). Loren has been an active member of The International Associations of Drilling Contractors (IDC), The Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), American Petroleum Institute (API), and The Oilfield Energy Center (OEC)

Additionally, Mr. Singletary is active in many charitable non-profit organizations such as Director and Past President of the Texas Golf Association, former Chairman of The Texas Golf Hall of Fame, Director of the Spirit Golf Association, and served on the Executive Committee of the United States Golf Association. Mr. Singletary attended the University of Texas and received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
