Jon Gribble – President, Major Projects and Programs Americas of Worley
February 23, 2026 — Jon Gribble has been named President of Major Projects and Programs Americas of Worley. Gribble brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience across engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC), infrastructure development, and advanced technology markets. Gribble joins Worley following a distinguished nine-year tenure at Kiewit, where he most recently served as Executive Vice President of Advanced Technologies. In that role, he led strategy and execution for mega-scale infrastructure projects integrating advanced technology with engineering and construction, including data centers, semiconductor fabrication facilities, central utility plants, and industrial water solutions.
Prior to leading Advanced Technologies, Gribble served as Executive Vice President of Water at Kiewit, where he unified and scaled the company’s water infrastructure business. Under his leadership, annual revenues grew from approximately $580 million in construction-only work to $2.1 billion over four years. He previously served as Executive Vice President of Services and as President of Power Delivery, where he led a significant business turnaround—aligning sales, engineering, procurement, and construction functions to create a $250 million engineering and construction backlog in the transmission and distribution market.
Before joining Kiewit, Gribble spent more than two decades at Black & Veatch, holding multiple senior leadership roles including Associate Vice President of Nuclear, Associate Vice President of Power Delivery, and Senior Regional General Manager, Energy. Throughout his career, he has built and led high-performing teams, launched new business platforms, driven multi-billion-dollar growth, and delivered consistent performance. Gribble holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
